The Rev. Dr. Kikanza Nuri Robins is a writer and an organizational development consultant. She facilitates groups as they wrestle with and reconcile their conflicts, she coaches managers as they make the internal shift to become leaders and she works as a change agent as people and organizations transform themselves from the inside out. Kikanza lives in Los Angeles where she is the caregiver of two Chartreux cats—Manifest Justice and Munificent Concordance. She is a trustee of the San Francisco Theological Seminary, on the board of the Southern California Foster Family and Adoption Agency, and a member of the Ethics Committee of the UCLA Medical Center. She is an avid designer, a talented seamstress and the author of many articles and three books: Unspoken Visions, Culturally Proficiency, and Culturally Proficient Instruction.
