Life for me has seemed confusing, overwhelming, and disorienting

It would be easy to constrict, reject, isolate myself and complain:

A lost calendar, forgotten appointments, mistakes, endless unpacking

Instead, I am bearing witness to life as it unfolds

I take life’s invitation to open to vulnerability, curiosity, discovery and not knowing

I rejoice that within the chaos are loving, growth, learning, and beauty

I celebrate friends, family, possibility and this moment

For after all,

I can remember the past and hope for the future,

And I choose to appreciate

This precious moment

I breathe in to its miraculous unfolding, right here, right now

 My warmest, loving wishes to all of you,
